We are the creators, of a world economics, of global warming, of mobile phones, telecomunications and I pods. We have created enormous wealth, for a few, and widespread poverty. We have created a transport system where nowhere on the planet is not reachable in a day, the same transport system that is spewing all the carbon from earth into our athmosphere. We are creating a global economy based on ownership of land and a “sub prime” section of borrowing that can catapult our creation into a recession. Clever smart human beings that we are.
All the while the beauty and magnificence of the real creation is slipping by unoticed or taken for granted. Time to wake up to our place in time and space and start appreciating where we are and climbing down from our arrogant self made ivory tower and give some credence to the real creator.Â
